Its a good deal if you were gonna subscribe to those services anyway, but to be honest. Live is the only one proprietary to its device(s). Dropbox and Drive over 365, YouTube/Spotify/etc over Music Pass, Google+ over Skype Unlimied
Seems like a good idea to spread there network services, but in sort of only works for people heavily in the ecosystem.
