Explained many times now... Some fames sell better on certain platforms despite install base.  Cod also has Dlc first marketing and a bundle for x1 and it is not a huge gap in the UK.  There is a reason final fantasy sold a lot more on ps3 despite 360 having a much bigger install base at the time. 

Don't compare the two because COD was always on both platforms. Final Fantasy coming to 360 was a situation of a franchise becoming multiplat. The only thing you can compare COD situation to is GTAV. Which sold more on the 360 in the US despite all the bundles and marketing.
