What Wii U owners want are unique quality games. Not halfbacked ports which which are there because the eninge used works on the Wii U too.

Zombii U failed because the reviews weren't that good. It's like the first Red Steel. Right direction but somehow flawed execution.

But the reality is the average Wii U consumer isn't buying much if any 3rd party games. While X1 and PS4 consumers are buying significantly more 3rd party than 1st party software.

You can argue about the quality of Wii U ports, but the abysmal sales just shows a general lack of interest in those games from Wii U owners. Some of those ports are great games and reviewed well.

ZombiU has a metscore of 77, that isn't a bad score. However, better scoring games on Wii U have also sold worse. So that argument has no validity.
