Wind Waker HD was a remaster, not a remake like Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask for 3DS is comparable to the Residen Evil Remake for Gamecube, or to the Super Mario All Stars versions of the NES games.
Wind Waker hd is the same game as Gamecube Wind Waker, just upscaled and prettier.
