How? It clearly says you need a US billing address, not just a US account, and since billing addresses are connected to payments,  you are insisting that PSN cards Amazon domination are basically acts of fraud.  Or not all of it but most of it? 


By using a method of payment such as a gift card/debit card as long as you set up a US billing address. Plenty of people switch their payment methods or console accounts to US for anything that costs more in their own country. Which is a lot of things. And the people that know most about it are on the internet constantly. 

Amazon and Play-Asia are the easiest ways to get digital online codes. Amazon started selling codes last year (I think) so people took advantage.

Yeah I thought this was common knowlegde, I see Europeans say they always buy PSN cards off Amazon US all the time. Which is why it's always in the top 3 positions on Amazon.com.
