Gotta go with Pixar, although lately they've been slipping, with mostly uninspired sequels / prequels, and original stories that were mostly duds (Up, Brave).
Lately though, Disney Animation Studios themselves have seen a resurgence with hits like Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph and Frozen along with the upcoming Big Hero 6, so they of all people have been giving Pixar a run for their money over the last 3-4 years.
