PS1 intro has to be my top favorite. Bold, impactful... a true classic. Best experienced in high volume.
PS2 intro brings me A LOT of good memories, and its eerie sound still gives me chills to this day. One thing that I liked about its intro is that the blocks represented the amount of games saved on your memory cards. That was pretty cool. Also, the Red Screen of Death is really frightening.
The PS3 intro I really like is the first one, the Pre-3.00 update one before 2009. I can just picture the orchestra by my side, playing this as I turn on the PS3.
I'm not an Xbox guy at all, but I have to admit the original Xbox startup was cool.
