Nah the Rodin battle. It's one of his attacks. The screen goes blank and it comes back with Bayonetta being naked with her hand over her ass while he smokes a cigar.

I have not seen this, can you provide a video link? Though that doesn't necessarily imply rape I'd contend. S&M is well within the game's conceptual scope.
