Played through to the end of level 5 last night.
Much better game than the original, all the gripes I had playing the first have been dealt with: scarcity of crafting items, scarcity of shop points, world feels larger, easier to explore, more vibrant, more bombastic, better character designs, the whole thing is beautiful.
If you even slightly enjoyed the first, the second is a must have. I can see exactly why it got those perfect scores.
