In my mind, the OP is correct. Right now XB1 should be selling around 3:1 of the PS4 on Amazon.

Just keep in mind it's the 1st day when ACU bundles are out, and discounts apply on other bundles. Let's see how long all these stay on the chart like this.

I am almost ready to pull the trigger myself on one of these deals. The only thing is I keep looking at the games list and XB1 still has too few exclusives and that isn't going to change until end of next year.

That is incorrect, it has been this way for several days, even before Sunset Overdrive released. The SO bundle sold out and just came back in stock and shot right back up in a matter of hours.

That doesn't change the logic.  Preorder sales rise up until day 1 of a new game or bundle, and then day 1 is the peak of sales after which they will start dropping.  What matters is the legs after today (and after tomorrow for the COD bundle).

The PS4 consoles are selling at around their baseline since Destiny has been out a while and there are no new deals on PS4.  So right now we're looking at peak boosted XB1 (three bundles + price cuts) versus baseline PS4.  That will change in the following weeks as XB1 drops from it's peak and IF Sony does something to boost PS4.  It's surprising there's no GTAV bundle announced in US yet.
