It's actually tough to find an Xbox One with Kinect here for less that $550AU. I paid $399 for the PS4 so in a way I got the better deal. The guy swapping with me was pretty pumped though. He won the Xbox One in a competition and was a PS gamer so he drove an hour to swap with me. He basically got his PS4 for free (minus fuel).
