Just calling it how I see it. I even own a PS4, but I can admit the X1 is the better console right now all around.

PS4's OS is laughably bare bones at the moment too, it can't even do things that the PS3 can, like run movie files off a USB stick.

Sony rode the hype train, just like Destiny and Watch Dogs did (two overhyped, borderline mediocre games). But hype sells.

Objectively though the PS4 library for its first year really isn't much better if at all than the PS3, which had a mediocre first year.

Barebones in which sense?

It just doesn't interface with any media that I have. I can pop a movie file on a USB stick and play it on my PS3, can't do that with a PS4, it just feels like basically all I use the OS for is to load up a game and nothing else.

The X1 to me, even though MS has taken a lot of sh*t, feels a lot more robust as an overall platform.
