Seen ALOT from these peoples films. I will say on the subject of great directors vs great actors. They go hand and hand. A great director can make a meh movie if his actors dont fit the part (ex Ang Lee Hulk movie) the movie can really not work. Obviously great actors can be in shit films too. But i think actors can definitely make a movie better and they certainly will make a film thats bad likable just from their performance (ex Bad Lieutenant (nic cage)). |
I never liked Shia Labeouf. Then I watched Fury and he blew me away. He deserves an Oscar nom for that performance.
