Hyrule Warriors is tied to much more popular Zelda franchise, Bayonetta in an violent M-rated unknown property on a system base that doesn't take well to hyperviolent action games.
I think expecting Bayo 2 to sell like Hyrule Warriors is fairly unrealistic.
