Picking against GB is of course a scummy action, but it's not the reason for the bans (that would be sooo 2012). You are already hurting yourselves by picking the loser, so there's no need for further punishment.

The reason for the bans is unsportsmanlike conduct. Backstabbing and taunting, respectively. Further clarification:

1. You must not support Ninsect/pezus.
2. Laughing about me is bad enough, but putting me on the same level as that Ka-pi96 character is flat out insulting.
