They seem to be developing for PSVita 3DS and Wii U. Maybe there will be Ironfall HD on Wii U(just like RE Revelation was ported from 3DS to Wii U) and maybe even to PSVita.

Nah, it says 3DS on the game page, the Vita and WiiU logos on their entire website are for the fact that they're licensed Vita/WiiU devs as well, even though they haven't done anything on those platforms.
