No need to wrry, SSB is a fighting game and it'll be King again this generation. FPS is just the dominate genre this gen again and will be for a long time.
SSB will do well for what it is 
I hope by years end Nintendo gives us details on how much SSB makes for them (how many amiibos sold/etc!)
