I remember reading a while back that 3d world wasn't really developed by the core team that does the main mario games??? I think??? Maybe???
Anywho, I also heard that 3d world was never meant to be the "main" Mario game for the Wii U but that one has been in development for some time and will be released eventually.
Personally, the only Mario game that I literally obsess over coming out each generation is Paper Mario. I just want Paper Mario U. If everything else in the gaming world was delayed so I could have that tomorrow, I'd be ok with that! lol
