The Need For Speed video seems to show a full game install. The progress bar finished. It doesn't do that if you've merely installed the neccesary files to play. Check this Killzone instal for example: http://youtu.be/o35909fq3BM
The progress bar didn't finish, and it gives you a message saying you can begin playing anyway while it's installing.

PS4 actually installs games much faster than XBO, as showed in the list posted above.
Although one hour for Forza certainly doesn't sound right...

Rivals isn't that big though. From what I found it's ~16GB. Possible with SSD.
But that's not the standard.
