Well, it's an endless vicious circle, kow. Right now, though, the facts are with Nintendo, and most of the ammo for the Sony fanboys is cherrypicked. While the ammo is aimed at the evil Nintendo fanboys, it hits all of us.
I leave the "sony domination" exception in the treaty simply because I'm not sure you would be so concerned about the morality of posters on this board, were the situation reversed.
