Let's not get ridiculous here. You can't honestly be calling a phone a better gaming platform than the 3DS.

He only focused on graphical abilities. If one does that, sure, iPhone 6 blows the 3DS away. But as soon as you get to the depth of games and having actual, you know, controls? That's when it get laughable. 

I'm as guilty as the next man as far as smart phones go. I've downloaded my fair share of little ios games. But anyone who thinks Badlands is better than ALBW? haha. Nope.
