Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, episode 1. Fantastic first episode. It's vaulted to the top of what I've seen so far. The dialogue is good, it has nice flow, the animation is excellent, and the characters are interesting. I'm getting a Chihayafuru/Nodame Cantabile vibe here, which is awesome, since those are two of the best anime I've ever seen.
Also, the scene in the park with the kids made me happy.
