Top 5 New IPs from Nintendo From Only GCN/Wii/WiiU/GBA/DS/3DS Era?
So yes excluding everything NES/SNES/N64/GBC era! Also New IP for Mario Titles count as long as its new. So Galaxy is excluded aka 3D Mario and 2D Mario, as well as Paper Mario but Mario+Luigi RPG series and Mario Strickers are fine.
Also your region as well, so for instance Fire Emblem is acceptable as it is new ip for us of the GBA/GCN era :)
