Game Reviewers wont nominate those (excluding ssb). TLoU like WW HD/LoZ OoT 3D/GTAV/etc are all ports. 

I hope so! I would laugh hard if a port would win GOTY. Just release a slightly different version of your game 5x in a row and win 5x the GOTY ward! lol...
