 No. Drop the hubris....Nintendo expressed regret in not being able to profit off of the high budget AAA third party titles despite winning the gen. They decided to play ball with the Wii U in 2012 but it was too late. You cannot force third party to work with you only on your own terms. Thats how Nintendo works. Next gen is next gen and Nintendo did not care.
