Anyone else feel the "put Nintendo characters in other games" thing is getting just silly?

By now we have Link in Mario Kart, Sonic Lost World, Tekken Tag Tournament, and Bayonetta 1 & 2, Samus in Monster Hunter 4 and Bayonetta 1 &2, etc.

In my humble opinion, it's getting to the point where it just seems cheap, lazy, and devalues the characters through oversaturation.
