Yeah its nerfed, also his pk flash... like wtf! It only goes up, easiest thing to dodge XD

Ness can still control his PK Flash, don't ask me how but I've seen it done.

hmm.... looks like im speaking too early then, tbh its only day 3 and i haven't even played half the characters XD
