1. The Patriot - beautiful music by John Williams (favourite movie score ever!), great acting and I watched it at a memorable time of my life, so each time I revisit the movie I feel like I'm revisiting that part of my life!
2. Star Wars - cannot pick a single one from the original trilogy, so I will just say Star Wars. Masterpiece.
3. The Fellowship of the Ring - this movie is what made me discover my favourite actor, Sean Bean (IMO deserved an Oscar nom for supporting)! Boromir's death scene is IMO the most tragic death scene in film, it brought me to tears.
4. Forrest Gump - it is just so good.
5. Tie between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight (I hated Rises). I couldn't pick between the two. Bale's Batman became my favourite and the origin story in Begins was so well done. Ledger's Joker is one of the best performances I have ever seen.
