Do we really need to homogenise game consoles in this way? What you're asking for here is just a list of features that make me think of Playstation/Xbox. We already have 2 consoles that are near enough the same, we really don't need another.
1) Meh. If Nintendo were to tackle achievements they should do it completely different to everyone else, because honestly I and I think a lot of other people are just fed up with achievements as they stand on other consoles.
2) If you want to stream with a Wii U, you can. Just buy a capture card. If someone is not prepared to make that effort, then they're probably not going to make the effort to make a good stream either, so I don't care to see them.
4) Onscreen notifications are something I just hate. Any immersion you may have in a game is completely ruined by this.
5) Maybe. I think Wii U could do with being less clunky for friend interactions, so this is probably your best point.
It would be more interesting to see features suggested that other consoles don't already have. If I wanted a PS4 or Xbox I would have bought one of those. I bought a Wii U because I didn't want the same stuff the industry has been shoveling out for the last 10 years now.
