This has always been a problem in the UK. There are much fewer radical Islamists in North America and I've never understood why that's the case.

Because american immigration-authorities aren't afraid to be percieved as racist like their European counterparts

I agree about American immigration but Canadian immigration isn't as strict. Plus Canada is full of immigrants yet it doesn't face that many extremist issues.
