It's true, as it's also happening here in Singapore. They mix exclusive and multiplats and put "only on xbox" on top. And this is not just a poster, it's a giant banner hanging on a big wall.
I don't have a problem with it though as the statement is also true. You can only play "all" the mentioned games on the xbox. Individually, it's wrong.

I can't see MS or Sony purposely putting "Only on", unless it's a misprint like someone mentioned or an error on the retailers side.
