To be honest, no. Sony doesn't seem to care if Vita sells or not and didn't even announce a bundle or even market it. If nobody knows about the game coming to Vita without having the incentive, they won't get it. Sony is continuing a vicious cycle of not showing any love to their console and wondering why it's doing so badly. :(
