Yeah, 38k first week is not really that good when even the 360 version outsold it by 26k or so. And even with the PS3's 138k first week, it still managed only about 210k lifetime in Japan, with similar numbers for Bayo 2, lifetime sales in Japan could freeze at 55-60k in the worst case scenario and everything above 80k will be a small miracle.
