30k is practically nothing at all...people were talking about tier 2 turning the battle around for X1 lol. The baseline will barely even be higher, although we won't see the new baseline until next year.

If we see a similar drop in Tier 2 countries to that in Japan, then yeah, the baseline will not get that much of a boost at all.

Xbox has always done terrible in Japan, so a drop that huge (84.8%) is not likely in these new countries. If they did however, that is an extra 4.5k per week in Europe.
I think a increase of 11k to the baseline is more likely. (A drop of 63%)

3k isn't the baseline in Japan though. Baseline will be sub-1k. Second week for tier 2 might be 11k but its baseline will likely be less than 5k.
