As he sings he walks up to each person he sees is visibly injured with broken bones or fractures. He smiles continuing to sing and pretends to examine them and then injects them quickly with one of the needles. Once injected the person feels a strong feeling of euphoria and light headedness and joy as if they took a very strong opiate. This is due to the altered blood+the additional substance on the needle. He injects just about everyone, at least those that look injured. The blood boosts their immune system and healing. Bones are healed in a matter of hours, cuts and bruises heal nearly instantly. Unfortunately as well as being high as a kite they will also either mildly hallucinate or completely trip balls. This side affect only lasts a few hours as their bodies adjust.  They receive a permanent boost to immune system and overall health/healing. Tho it is minor. For the first few hours the healing is very strong and it cures most diseases, heals wounds and maladies. Genetic disorders are not cured but improved so if someone has a genetic disorder it is less burdensome and they have slightly more ability. He heals Dylan first and ends with the two ladies last surprising them and saying:

Oh most immediatly, Katya returned to clarity.

"Whats going on?" rising from Nina's lap. 

"Wade...what did yo-ow!" she exclaimed her broken arm reminding her of its presence.
