Super Smash Bros. 3DS players smacked with 1-day ban online... for playing as Peach

Hmm, that is actually pretty worrysome cause its not really the players fault and having the game decide the outcome is kinda eeshhh. If its in the game, it shouldnt be bannable even if it gets exploited (unless its for hacking reasons)... Instead what they should do is release a hotfix for it instead of just using the ban hammer.... I hope fix this issue soon cause thats just stupid

Edit: Oh, so the game bans u and not really a mod... Nvm, they should just release a patch for it then (hopefully soon). Thats kinda what happens when u let the game decide loll
