It sounds like they are sending them out in batches. It also sounds like there are 3 requirements you must meet. You must have hit platinum status last year, registered at least one 3DS game, and be signed up for their emails.
I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
