This is the problem right here. Many western players are not willing to give it a chance and don't really have a clue what they are missing because the general consensus is that Nintendo just makes Mario.

Danman27, this game looks amazing and it will be nothing like any other 3rd person RPG you ever played. As was Xenoblade chronicles. The only game that comes close to the ammount of exploration and vastness is the Elder Scrolls series. Xenoblade is the Japanese Elder scrolls, with probably more variety of envyronments . The game should be beeing praised as much as Skyrim... and now that they added mechs, its even deeper.

This was difficult to read.

I tend to think of Bethesda RPG's as first person RPG's. If that is what you meant.

I edited to make it an easier read anyways. :)

good to have this game, wonder why nintendo has not made a deal with the creators of last story and make either a remake or new game

This will be a bit controversial, but the reason why is because The last story is not a very good game and Xenoblade is the real deal.

To justify so the last story fans dont goble me up, the last story is a very linear and slow paced game and the gameplay is very simplistic. Not only that but it was quite buggy. I am sure that if someone like Miyamoto played that game he would clearly say no to any more of that. The gameplay is resumed to placing circles on the ground and walking towards your enemy to attack (and point towards him, its all automated, you dont control slashes).
