Alright, allow me to explain. Not all sidequests are fetch and monster quests. Only the non-important sidequests were like that. If you only get sidequests from NPCs with names, they will all have stories attached to them, all have character development, all have affinity, and all have lore with them. These are the ones that give you the most experience, the most enjoyment, and a better experience.
