I would agree. It'd be my pick for bomb of the year. For wandering devs that move from publisher to publisher, getting some sort of contract or assignment is key. Airtight must failed to meet some clauses in their Square contract that caused them lose enough project revenue to call it quits.
Platinum will keep getting games because they make good games. Publishers keep hoping their next game won't flop.
