Ultimately, the source can only be the companies' financial reports, as that's the place to find those figures. For Nintendo, it's the profit of whole company, for the other two, it's the profit/loss of their gaming divisions (although Microsoft's entertainment division also includes the Zune and other stuff).

You can find those reports by searching for "X investor relations" on google, where X is the name of the company.
