Biggest leap forward for a 1st party franchise on Wii U? (So far)

If you exclude the NPC versions on the Wii, then Pikmin 3. Great graphics, greatly improved controls and excellent implementation of the map and multi-tasking.

As good as the other first party games are, they could have been done on the Wii.
