I agree. I was skeptical that it would leave Nintendo again, but the fact that Horii wants DQ XI on home console plus the constant talk about putting it on the most popular platform plus Dragon Quest: Heroes plus this bit about a western release makes me think they are going to swing for the fences with a big budget PS4 game and a worldwide release. And if it bombs, mainline DQs will probably be handheld or mobile exclusive and Japan-only forevermore.
