The ad is funny, but it brings MS into dispute, because they are happy to break contracts, which is ironic considering they have done a deal for COD every year and they won't even talk about the TR deal without telling the truth.

There is no contract between MS and Activision which the site pretty much state.  There is nothing to break and really no integrity involved.  I truly wonder if Sony have done this first with COD what the comments would look like.  Hell, if Sony does something like this if they get the opportunity I wonder what the coments would look like.  Personally I hope Sony does it.

They cannot advertise a product they don't own. But yes I guess there is no contract with them... *BUT* they also sign contracts with same said company with the intent that they are the only ones allowed to advertise. So it is all about integrity.

They are obviously struggling with sales, and obviously losing the battle with Destiny, but then they should have made the deal.

I really hope Sony do it also..
