Ah, I did July 30th instead of June 30th. Well that was solely used to get the ratio of Japan to Worldwide sales and it didn't fluctuate much over the month of July so I doubt it was much different in June. Basically whatever the ratio of sales VGC shows for Japan to Worldwide weekly sales in the month of the shipment data released (June in this instance) should be what global stock is based on and therefore the difference between shipped and Userbase should have the same ratio. If you then know the stock in Japan using Nintendo's shippped data by region compared to the sales data given by Famitsu and Media Create you can extrapolate out what the worldwide stock should be.
