Yes it has been overtracked for some time now, ever since Nintendo's FY report. And it has been overtracked again last month.
All national charts and tracking have indicated MK8 dropping pretty rapidly, and even on VGC that game has been dropping in the charts. However Wii-U hardware hasn't dropped in the weekly VGC charts at all. It might only be 50k for the entire month, but that does mean weekly sales have been 10k/15k lower wich is pretty significant when comparing to Xbox One or PS3.
