How was that staged?

He is suppose to be blindfolded yet he reacts to the glitch as if he is seeing it.

Eh, I stopped watching after a few minutes because he's fumbling through it trying to get sound/walls/fence to respond so can re-orient himself. He acted as I would if I were playing like that.
