I felt some of the cameos were annoying and unwelcome, and that despite a host of practical effects it still came out as CGI heavy, with the picture way over-processed, way too digital. The music was also over-present, almost dulling the events at times.
The actors did their best with the writing that was mostly decent but didn't always fall in line with established AVGN humor. The best lines were probably those taken from the show.
Overall, it's AVGN in a movie. Big whoop. Nothing special in the end, got more laughs from the better AVGN episodes. I think Rolfe should give the nerd a rest now, focus on something different. Internet culture is a weird thing, and can take away your soul if you're not careful.
