Gran Turismo 6 Undertracked? 2.5 Million Active Users

Does that warrant something? Correct me if im wrong but cant 2.5mil users use multiple accounts on 1 copy of GT6?

That said, i think it is undertrack by a good million, game seems extremely low in sales for a GT game
