It's actually the reverse of the PS4 situation, where we knew the global sales but ioi wouldn't adjust due to not knowing where to put them.

(remember retailers were notorious for not ordering lots of wii us(which theres acxtually demand for them so it could be not as much as you expect)

I don't think anyone can argue that just one week of stock on shelves WORLDWIDE is a reasonable amount...

Secondly, this is less than 80k we are talking about here. That is not a lot of stock. Compare that to the usual amount of 500k-1.5m or so.

It was not even the case for PS4 when it was heavily supply constrained.
